I will try to post the picture I took of a Fenned tomorrow, will toss in some regular fox pictures as well. But no raccoon, he was camera shy.

And yes he is evil, look at those beady little eyes. That snout, those ears. You can't trust him.

I know that you were just joking, but Aurrin really means a lot to me. He is my prayer partner and my confidant. We've helped each other out many times when one of us was depressed or frightened. He's a very empathic person. He cries when I cry. We cheer each other up when we get lonely. Even when we sharply disagree about something, we try very hard to see things from each others' point of view. I've had the chance and the blessing to meet his family and visit his church, where his father teaches Sunday School.

I know that sometimes on the forum he might seem kind of cold or quick to get upset, but that's only because he gets hurt easily by the arguing that often happens on this forum. I'm the same way, but I usually hide my feelings and put on a friendly face as a way to promote goodwill. It's just that he really pours his talents and his heart into what he writes, so he takes criticism especially hard. Especially when the threads start to flame up, he worries that maybe you all don't like him. I know that you all do, that you just like to kid around alot, but... Aurrin and I have adopted each other like brothers, so we really like to watch out for one another. (I know that sounds cheesy, but I just felt I needed to say it.)

So, if I had to ask for a birthday gift from all of you, well... try to get to know Aurrin a little better, and tell him that you appreciate him. You don't have to agree with him on everything; everyone's entitled to their opinion. But, just know that Aurrin is a sensative person like me, and know that he's a good guy.

You make some very good points Yuoo, I do apologize if I come of a little too hard sometimes. I just got into the habit of coming off very abrasive. I was the type of person who was really harassed and tormented when I was younger, for all possible reasons. So now I have developed a no holds barred personality, using the one thing I do have in my favor, my intellect. Just so you know I have never bore any grudges against anyone on these boards. Since I have developed such a thick skin in my youth I sometimes assume others have the same, I see the discussion here as playful banter. Sorry if I have caused anyone long term psychological harm.

I understand that everyone's different. I just want to see everyone get along, you know, without anyone getting excluded. It can be embarassing for some people to speak up in a forum, especially when it's posting a fanfic entry or a piece of fanart. I'm not asking anyone to lie and say, "This is the best picture I've ever seen," if you don't think that it is, but rather say, "I can tell that you put a lot of work into that. Good job!
