No.....he doesn't have his journyboots.....they're back in that bevy nest he rented.....if the landlord hasn't sold them for unpaid rent. Quentyn only had on sandals.....he was dressing down to be "inconspicuous" and try to blend in.

well,...
He still has the glimmer rope and (maybe) his sandals, perhaps he could tie some sort of a "Sumo Thong" / mountaineers cradle (forgot the name of the harness that they taught us to tie around our legs / waist for rapelling) out of the affair...
Or maybe he caught his first break and landed in a public bath, or mini-nudist society...
... Yeah,... right!
The way the poor lad's luck has been going he's probably landed in the middle of the local victorian ladies' well dressed Rac Tea Society out for a nightcap...

But I really doubt this is one of those dreams though I our Questor is wishing that. I bet whoever is on the other side of the wall, is someone he knows, possibly a certain thief...

I'd agree with The J.A.M.
While I expected something like this would happen, I did expect that Quentyn would be wearing some sort of undergarment, as he appeared to be in the comic The J.A.M. linked to. Apparently, I was wrong.
My first thought on seeing his eyes was that he was in the company of someone of the opposite sex.
I wonder if the Rac Conna can bend their tails enough so that the tail covers the front. Or if he can somehow create a makeshift pair of pants out of glimmer rope. His only other option would seem to be running, or using the rope to avoid the streets and swing from roof-top to roof-top.
