HE?

*Sigh*

Try a couple of MP rounds instead...
The Incendiary effect tends to add that extra 'touch' to any structure still standing...
Still, nothing beats the sheer terraforming power of thermonukes. ^_^

Well he has 2 options

1) keep looking for wildcard
2) Go back and find the guardsmen

I dont know which he'll pick, mostly because the bond might convince him to stay and look (although he should be physically fine as long as it doesnt leave the city ... i think)

I guess there is also an option: 3) get mugged ... but for some reason i dont think he's gonna be eager to pick that :-?

There is, of course, a fourth option.
Quentyn could politely ask the locals if they have seen the thief and will help him locate the stolen goods. :D
Really! It is just all in how you phrase your request!
Excuse me, sir or madam, but did you just see a small person run past carrying my stolen goods? One of the items he grabbed is a dangerously powerful and extremely unstable artifact that could easily level a ten block area of the city.
I suspect the locals will be ever so helpful, after hearing that.

Well HE means "High Explosive"....Am I correct in assuming 'MP' stands for "Magnesium Phosphorous"? We (us 'Yanks') always called our incendiary rounds "Willy Pete" for White Phosphorous, and since it combusts on contact with air, it's perfect for incendiary initiators. We use it for fuses in napalm because all it needed to do was contact the air to ignite.

Remember, I've got fore & aft flamethrowers on this beast. With the uprated delivery system I can send a stream of liquid flame about 75yds. Use the HE to break up the stone structures and the F-T to light up the wood. Or I can use the front blade to simply push the walls in and THEN unleash the FT.

Either way....the destruction will be......glorious!!! Bring steaks, weenies, burgers & marshmallows.....we's gonna have a BIG OL' bonfire!!! :o

Hey....I love how they look too....especially at night.....but the main structures and architecture of Sanctuary City are too beautiful to take out like that....I just love the Wizards College.....besides the cleanest and lowest yield thermonuke I have on hand is 5.5MT....that would make a crater out of Sactuary City and demolish a good portion if not all of the rest of the seven villages. :o

That's why Soli and I would use "restraint" whilst cleaning out the cellar.

Yes, sir. I agree completely. It takes a well-balanced individual... such as yourself to rule the world. No, sir. No one knows that you were the third one... Solidus. ...What should I do about the woman? Yes sir. I'll keep her under surveillance. Yes. Thank you. Good-bye...... Mr. President.

You know... I've always wondered what would happen if I pulled out one of the suporting struts from the tumbledown.. would it, tumble down? or stay standing... Hmm this is a job for high calaber weaponary.

To be sure of the disired effect I'm gona borrow a dazy-cutter from the air-force. Anthany, do you have one to hand? :D

Dazy-cutter?

what's that?

I might be able to swipe a few M72 rockets, though...
Would that help?

Or maybe a pod of 19 2.75" CRV-7 rockets...
(You don't want the FFAR 2.75" unless you like rockets that turn 90 degrees when they exit the launcher... Our pilots didn't like them, either)

Dazy-cutters are a very large type of bomb. They are effectily like a giant gas bottle that once detonated a few feet above the ground exploades with such focused force that it makes a litteral miro shock wave, only about an inch or two wide but with enough force to slice though trees and anything elce in its way. Apparantly it was used quite offten for clearing landing areas for choppers in dence forests.

Yes, "daisy-cutter" then...as in, takes the heads off all the daisies.

I don't actually like that sort of thing -- too much collateral damage.

I like my damage focussed and intensely personal....

Melted :-? Wha?
the blast wave is focused into a circle around the dettenation zone. The gang's hideout is located a good few stories up the tumbledown. The worst that could happen is it gets dinted by falling rubble... Although having Sam sneek in there would be pritty cool too ^^

Actually Astral a D-C is a "fuel-air bomb" FAB. The long fuze on the end touches the ground first and a charge blows the casing open creating a huge cloud of highly flammable fuel. A couple of milliseconds later a second fuze fires and ignites the cloud. The resultant blast displaces the air with such force that pretty much nothing within a 250-300yd radius can stand up to it.

However, Blastech....the blast is actually "cool" by pyrotechnic standards and there is virtually no burn damage....it's over so quickly nothing has a chance to ignite. It's all blast. Wildcard might get damaged, but not melted.

Popping a daisy cutter in the Tumbledowns would destroy a good portion of Sanctuary City. Unacceptable.

SOL!!!....much as I hate to suggest it....we're gonna have to go in there quietly.....armed to the gills yes.....but quietly....
