My trick is that I try to forget about my favorite movie coming out inthe distant future. That way, when the time comes, it's like "Oh good, its here already?" If I constantly check the the time and day, and agonize about far it is away, than it seems to take forever. I really want to watch it though.

Good evening.
I hope that the new Narnia movie has better COSTUMES than the original...
So there is not going to be Star Wars Episodes 7, 8, and 9?

Anh he will, once he realizes how much money he can make. Well he will keep remaking the originals over and over first.

i'm not so sure, i mean the guy has had a long time to make money and money he has made! maybe now the money doesn't mean anything to him anymore, and maybe he feels that the story wouldn't be any more enhanced by adding three more to the already legendary and powerfull star wars legacy.
maybe he's feeling his age and wants to retire from doing legendary movies for a while.
maybe i haven't a clue what i'm talking about.
maybe i should go find something with lots of sugar to eat and a good "Lord Of The Rings" dvd to watch.

As I understand it, Mr. Lucas has currently made at least eight movies set in the Star Wars universe, Episode III inclusive.

Actually i hear that he's planned to make a TV series now that fills in the gaps between episode 3 and 4.

That would be the "Clone Wars" episodes currently showing on Cartoon Network. The animation style is like "Samaurai Jack". The only irritating is that the story is broken down into five minute episodes. I'll probably wait until it all comes out on DVD.

i'd have thought by now that he was done planning how to take over the world and was ready to start acting on it.
then again, brain has been plotting world domination for a long time, and at the end of everynight he still says
"the same thing we do every night pinky, try to take over the world!"
still hasn't managed it yet, maybe it's cause he's got competition like Solidus.

between the starwars, harry potter, narnia and who knows what's up next, this years worth of up and coming movies seems promising.
do you think maybe the Lord of The Rings trilogy raised the bar, or did it just help inspire new hype for the fantacy style movie?
either way, it means more fantacy movies for me!

Darn it. The webpage for the Narnia movie isn't working for me. The only link that does work is the video one, and I have a feeling that brings up a movie I'd spend hours downloading (dial-up sucks).
The only other link that seems to work for me is the one that leads to the page for dial-up users. All I get is a webpage with a graphic of a doorknob and keyhole on it. No viable links to info anywhere.
I don't know where you're all getting your information, but I'd like to find out. My experiences so far have been less than thrilling.
