Considering that they were still making animated cartoons with painted cels when I was growing up, it's pretty impressive to see how far they've come, that anyone with the right computer program could do that. I have heard it used to describe this sort of animation (tho, admittedly, not in a while).What is a "Giffy"? Something related to a .gif image?
