So Long, Farewell...

Post by Wayfarer »

So sorry for the off-topic thread, but guess what -
I'MDONEI'MDONEI'MDONEI'MDONEI'MDONE
Going home tomorrow. I'll try to make it around sometimes over the summer, but I'm not entirely sure how much I'll be able to, so in case I'm not around much, I wanted to say thanks to everyone for all the silliness. It was much fun. I'll be back eventually (try and stifle the cries of dismay :D ).
And RH, I've loved reading your comics. :D

BTW - any other college folk who have just finished school - YAY!
To any others who are finishing, keep it up!
To all who aren't in college... yay for you, too! :D

Yeah, I remember how happy I was when I finished a few years back. Congratulations.
Yes, sir. I agree completely. It takes a well-balanced individual... such as yourself to rule the world. No, sir. No one knows that you were the third one... Solidus. ...What should I do about the woman? Yes sir. I'll keep her under surveillance. Yes. Thank you. Good-bye...... Mr. President.

Clarification: Just done for this year. This means summer. :D
(Still worthy of celebration: it means I don't have any more papers to write for a while. 'Course, since my family's moving, it means cleaning and packing and stuff instead.)
No, overall, this is half-done (unless for some very odd and insane (and very possible) reason I end up going to grad school.)

Hey, now!
I'm a girl. If you're gonna try and kill me, at least grant me the dignity of calling me her.
 Goodnes.

Eh, I'm safe.

Well, congrats anyway Wayfarer, on making through a year with your GPA in one piece. Always nice to know that there are youngsters who appreciate a non-PC point of view. Spread the word around over the summer... maybe you'll find a friend who'll let you keep up with the comic over the break.

OTOH, having a couple months backlog to return to is good, too...

So I'd actually intended this thread to be saying thank you to everyone for being so much fun.
(Not so sure that that part got across.)
*Picks up axe from the floor*
I guess thank you for the axe, too. Don't know what I'll do with it, but hey, could come in useful. You never know.
Thanks, Kerry. :)
And thanks again to everyone else.
Madmoonie, hope the rest of your stuff goes well. And the same to any other students finishing up.

Have a great summer, Wayfarer!

Greatdane, I'll trade my workload for yours!!! Please?

Speaking of disappearing, though, I'm disappearing off for a couple of weeks, starting this evening. "Box fodder" here has to go deal with some family poop.

I'll be back...

May you have a safe and happy summer

*Makes elegant bow and gently kisses her hand*

We shall all be lessened by your departure and will look forward to your return.

May the Lord bless you and keep you, may the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you, may the lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.

Numbers: 6-24 - 6-26

(Sorry didn't mean to lay it on too thick, but this should also apply to all our students embarking on summer break: Be safe, make it home)

PS: Lamanilora

PPS: Please forgive me, but I may be using a slightly shorter version of that name in "Trajan's Lament" in the smaller RP thread, it fits well with the cadence.

PPPS: OK, no more PS's
