Please...
I'm afraid of the dark, God...
Don't leave me alone...
Not as poetic as "The Lord is my Shepard...", but an apt summation of most heartfealt prayers.
(well, that and "Thank you", but I fear that one is used less often) :-?
You can fool some of the people all of the time
And all of the people some of the time
But you can't fool all of the people all of the time.

Very interesting. Who's the little one standing with Irons in panel 7 of 3/15? Could it be Nessie helping to locate Quentyn?

Personally, I believe it is just one of the village guards. I can't picture Nessie, Colin or Kestrel just standing there holding a spear with a blank expression on their face while one of the most important people in their lives (hero to Nessie and Colin, life-long friend to Kestrel) climbs out of the sewers all bloody. I would picture a reaction more like the last panel here.

It sounds like they're talking about the small one beside Master Irons while you're looking at the one holding the spear opposite the manhole (or should that be racconanhole?), who may as you suggest be a village guard or something similar.

Speaking of Jack and other things..

Having personal experiance with Hell, I often find the ideas others have about it interesting.

Hell is, in simple terms. having a perfect knowlege of your guilt.
This causes the individual experiancing it distress porportional to their guilt. This can and often effects us while we are on earth as depression, and other mental or emotional maladies. The most extreem cases have been known to cause blood to come out of the pores in the forhead.

While I have not experianced distress enough to have such outward symptoms, I have had enough to be able to tell you it hurts far more than any physical pain possible.

Not to mention the fact that those persons in hell don't get their bodies while they are there, which means they are not going to have the means to be able to physically overpower another, being in that much pain is physically debilitating anyway.

There is no need for devils to torture the damned.. the damned are perfectly capible of doing that themselves. The entire red-guy with horns and a tail view of devils seems to me to be more something from myth.

Not to say that there are not devils, for their certanly are, but they are much more likely to be trying to temp those of us here on earth than worrying about those that are already in hell.

Thankfully, Christ gives us a way out, through repentance and calling on his name. For what he has done for me, for all of us, I am eternally grateful. and while I know the kind of pain he went through in the garden of gesethemnie (not spelled right I know) the magnitude of it is something my brain simply can't wrap itself around.

For greater love hath no man than this, that he give up his life for his friends.

<Wipes a month's worth of dust and crud off his glasses and looks again.> D'oh! There is someone else there. Looking at what Quentyn woke up to today, maybe it was Nessie.

Can't be......Nessie's tail plume was shredded by the Gragum and looks worse than a worn out feather duster. This one's plume looks perfect. And this particualy Rac is too short to be Kestral....therefore, I'm still betting it's Colin.

First, part of the reason she went to Sanctuary is to see if a mage or healer were able to fix the tail problem.
Second, Collin has short hair. The little person has a ponytail.
I checked, and the height and hair seem to match with Nessie.
So...
1- Height
2- Hair
3- Nessie is in Sanctuary city, and would probably like just about nothing more then to have another encounter with Quentyn
4- Quentyn wakes up with Boggy on his chest

There. Guess my guess.

Well....

It would take some time (I would think anyway) to heal Nessie's tail. For the time it would take, I would think she could have gotten her hands on a new script and read about the "Visit of the Questor" (or what ever). Unless the adults kept it from her notice (... yeah. Right.) or kept her from getting out and finding him (... doubt it), then she would have visited him sooner.

I think it was one of the servants that Flint sent out. He/She could be young.

I'm pondering over nessie's reaction? We saw in the 'deveation' that she seriously had a bit of a tangled memory from her rescue (and who wouldn't). Now she sees her savure for the first time since then and he's unconisous and covered in blood? She's either going to glomp him, or she's going to feal a little disapointed (not the right word but Its all I can think of without coffie)

What? You mean seeing her hero beofre her reduced to a bloody rag doll? Yup, that could be an issue.

Define "Glomp" please.
