Levin Bolts

What is a "Levin Bolt" Minor form of Chain Lightning?

Think of a cross between a weapons-grade laser and a lightning-bolt, but magically generated (or in this case, lux-generated). Potentially very powerful (even lethal if used against living beings), depending on the ability of the caster. Also, it requires focus and practice to aim properly.
I cribbed this from my extensive collection of fantasy novels - RH may be thinking of something different, but given his usage of the term, I don't think so.

Looking at the comic I'd say its some sort of chain effect. Rather then scatering electrisity in all directions in a blast radious, it uses fewer bolts and jumps from one boddy to another, sort of like Gi-zondey on Phantacy star online. I'm probabibly way off though ^^

Well, "levin" or "le vin" comes from "The Wine" you see. It's a play on words.
