back when it was NPC

so I heard that back when the comic was still NPC (non-player-character) that Quentyn was origionally going to be the little fuzzy mascot that constantly had to get the rest of the party out of trouble.

my question is, since Quentyn got redesignated a new post. did Sam have an origional position or was she totally new to the story? and what other people where there?

sorry, just a thought.

Of course she did; she's the rogue. She gets sneak attacks, Knowledge (local), and tons of skill points.

Shyal, your description makes it sound a lot like Nodwick.

IIRC, it was originally going to be about the non-player characters (NPCs) that served in a support capacity to a party of adventurers. There was a drawing somewhere that showed three or four Rac Conans of various fantasy RPG professions.

I didn't hear about it from the CD's. I believe I heard about it from earlier (much earlier) posts in the forum.
