"I'm FINALLY getting to the end of the Liza story. God, I'm sick of drawing her. I wanna start drawing bunny stomping and kitten thumping again. Big mallets. That's where it's at."<P>Yea right.
So... you hate doing character development sequences... you just can't resist it, right?<P>Hehheh. You probably like Liza (or at least the repressed bit of her character) more than you're ready to admit -- or you wouldn't have made her say "how much?". <P>I like this sequence anyways. I probably shouldn't do it, or at least admit it, but I couldn't care less (not that I've ever tried).<P>peter

I still stick with my statement of being sick of drawing Liza for a while. So there. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/biggrin.gif"><P>But, she really is turning out to be a lot more fun than I planned (hence the "how much" bit); she entered the strip as a generic Pollyanna, and she now has shades of "band camp" girl from American Pie, and has joined the main cast. It also turns out, she has this weird knack for making absolutely anyone feel comfortable around her, so they'll devulge info they wouldn't to anyone else.<P>Honestly, though, aside from my smartassed comments on the mainpage <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/biggrin.gif">, I'm starting to like switching between cheap mallet gags and "character" strips. Sometimes, I end up with both at once, and that's always fun. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/biggrin.gif"> Why choose when you can do both? Have your cake, eat it too, and throw the leftovers on the ceiling so they stick.
