It's a draw; they call it off and make Shrinky Dinks together.

Who will win? Julie or Liza?

Post by BJ »

Well? Will Julie pummel the kindy teacher into the dirt? Or will Liza whip out a big cartoony popgun and blast the flesh from Jules's bones?

Shrinky-Dinks! I used to have one of those things.

Man, this has been some week for my sense of nostalgia; first I find a Whatchamacallit bar at the store, now this...

Nah, Real nostalgia would be if you found a Reggie bar! I get Whatchamacallits in the vending machine downstairs all the time. :)

I'm betting it'll be Liza who comes out in the end, She may be innocent, but she's shown that she's capable of a dirty trick or three. :D

I'm not sure- Liza rides a bicycle Everywhere (at least, in town...) whereas Julie obsesses over her weight. Julie deals with Bikers and Bar Regulars every day- Liza deals with other people's undisciplined Brats all day- except, that is, when she is fortunate enough not to have to deal with School Administration. Kindergartners are always in motion- I expect Liza's got a lot more stamina (and, a higher pain-tolerance) than Julie has. OTOH, Julie's in a Jealous frenzy stoked to exploding force by Liza's comment, which added insult to percieved injury, so she's got the Fury edge. But, Liza's fighting for her life, Julie's only fighting for her dignity... should be an interesting bout.

Maybe you do, but I haven't seen one in years. And God, I miss that commercial... *wistful sigh*

"Ah told you it's name."

"Did too!" (dog looks to the other side)
"You said 'Whatchamacallit'!"
"Tha's right."

Mindy: "Julie? If you beat up my teacher, then does that mean I don't have to go to school tomorrow? Then I can hang around the Firetrap ALL DAY with YOU!"

Julie: (stopping punch in mid-air) ::gulp:: "ALL day?! Uhm, er, look kiddo, you should uh, never underestimate the value of a good education..." ::shoves Tink towards the door::

Damien: "Yeah, Min, the smarter you are, the more devious the pranks you can pull on people!"

Mindy: "Really?! Cooooooool! See ya tomorrow, Miz Masters!"

Liza: (crawling out door) "Oh great. I really have to find a better job."

:D

Winners???

Post by Frempath »

It probably doesn't matter who is going to win. After all its a chick fight. All we need is a little cooking oil and everyone wins. Ok, maybe only most of the guys.

But we all know who the big Big BIG loser will be.
DAMIEN.
He is soOO screwed.
He started the whole thing.
He isn't helping jules.
And now he is making a video of the fight.

Good night sweet prince.

Me neither, but it makes sense. Seems it's frequently the meek who'll kick your arse into next week when provoked. Way to go LIZA!

Have to agree, though, that looks like Damien is really cruzin'. Almost feel sorry for him. Almost. ;)

...and Liza demonstrates, once and for all, that ladies self-Defense courses are an excellent investment- nice throw, by the way. Too bad 'bout the jukebox, but, well...

And too bad it had to stop on that particular song ... ad nauseum ...

Like it didn't get enough air play when it was NEW.

Woo hoo! Go Tink!

Did I call it or what?

Nuthin like that good old fashioned kung-fu dirty-fightin' to even the score!

Too bad that Tonja Steele only runs T-Th (and sometimes S), cuz it could really end up on a Manic Monday. :D

I can also see another possible snag in Tinks' defence training: She knees Julie in the goin, and it lacks the desired effect...

Of course, if she ends up doing the SING routine (although, the G isn't as effective), it jst might work.

Then again, I doubt Julie will be silly enough to try and grapple Liza from behind again (unless she was too rattled to remember, and simply operates on reflex, of course).

And Mindy *does* have a large scale influence on the goings-on.

No mention of Tonja getting involved (yet), so that seems a somewhat moot point...

One thing seems assured, though: Julie is Not destined to be the winnah in 'dis scrap! The Definate Looser: Damian! Lump-City when HE gets home! That, and the Dog House just Might be a Lot more Inviting a place for a while! (Since hiding under the Firetrap bar, or even the Men's room, wouldn't work)

Let's just see if any more votes ring in here!
