yeah, they're less obvious than brass knuckles, easier to conceal after too

They are also made with the lead sewn into the back of the fingers.
It gives that little extra "UMMPH" you may be looking for when you seriously need to bitch slap someone, because a closed fist punch is giving them too much credit.
