Seriously though,

I hope that whatever the emergency is, it is quickly concluded in a positive way.

I, too, hope that whatever the problem, you are alright and such. I guess we can deal with reruns for now. If you need a guest strip or something, though, don't hesitate, y'hear?

Yeah, I have a guest strip for you in my head. I just need to put pen to paper, or hand to mouse, or cursor to screen, or whatever.

Oh, and BJ, if you see this, do you still have that guest strip I sent you a couple months back (Fridge and Pig on football), or do you need me to resend it?

And I hope everything works out.

I was desperately searching for it a while back and after a few days of not finding it, I gave up. If you could re-send it, that would be LOVELY of you. It must've gone through the wash.

As for the emergency, both of us are healthy but depressed. Joey's grandfather died yesterday, and both of us liked and respected him a great deal. Just one more reason 2002 sucks eggs.

Ok, just did a little touch-up on it, added the URL to the new site. I also did the TS guest strip. Look to your e-mail soon.

My condolences to you both. 2002 has been a real gallstone of a year and we'll all be glad when it passes. There has been way too much death this year. We had to put down one of our cats, then my supervisor died, the actor who played the King at the local RenFest (Maryland) died, my uncle died, the guy who owned the company my wife works for died, a friend of ours was run over while on his motorcycle and killed, and now my mom is in a nursing home waiting to die and there's no telling if she'll last a week or drift along for the next 10 years. 2002 has been the year of death and I'm ready to skip the last 3 months of it and go straight on into 2003.

Good luck. I'd offer to pray for you, but I'm not much of a prayer, and anyway, some people are insulted by that.

I hope you know that people are thinking of you.

Add two more to the litany of the Year of Death. My mother, died November 5th to escape the pain of cancer, and my grandfather, who died November 9th of grief.

This year sucks.

My condolences... :(

I'm already thinking of the huge New Year's party that needs to happen at this year's end.
