Awww... maybe its just that when guys are clean-shaved they look cuddly. Except the coat. Coat looks to be a cuddle-inhibitor.

...though I must also here point out the awesome beauty of the word "leathern," and protest against its disuse. If I were the sort to wear a coat made of cowhide, rest assured it would be a leathern jacket and not a leather one.

Colour definately something to be dodgy of. Hmmm.... It makes it look extra heavy and thick though. Like a regular trenchcoat would be thinner, and therefore less of a... fence.. thing....

Eh, you guys all live where there is snow in winter. I can understand the warmth thing. It's fair enough.

It's worth noting that I have since procured a new coat. It's cloth, not leather, and more grey than tan. It's similarly styled, however, with the fold-the-lapel-up-style buttoning, and is quite warm due to its removable lining. I like it. (The old one is rather torn up on the inside...)
