Wow, Charles sure seems to dislike this guy quite a lot; I don't remember the last time I heard him swear so much.
I suppose that shooting people basiclly ruins your chance of making friends with them...

Well, this is the guy responsible for making sure Charles and Steve and Vash couldn't get home. Charles tries to be a rational guy, but sometime it's just a matter of bottling it up.
