New Contest: Name That Winnak!

Okay, so, the aether winnak that Eli spared is going to stick around. Right now, it's still a little scared of Pi, so it's hiding a lot. But it's going to follow them back to their world. It needs a name though!

So, post suggestions! After we have a handful of good suggestions, I'll start up a voting poll. Whoever suggests the name that wins gets ... um... a drawing or something.

Let's call the Winnak "Random". And it shall draw things and make typos.

Quick name list, deleting some that would be too awkward to use regularly:

Epic: Yum or Lucifer [Puke-stain isn't ... erm... good.]

Wildt: Flit [Menchi is copyrighted

]

Doruk + Alfy: Random

Riz: Puff II or Sparky or Winnak

I'll cut off the suggestions at the end of the third storyline, and then set up a vote through the end of the fourth storyline.

Eli'll name it sometime in the fifth storyline, or in Chapter 9, depending on how far ahead I get.

Okay, voting time! The poll closes on 30 April or 1 May, I'm not sure how the poll-close-date thingy works. Either way, that's when the final storyline, Prophecy, starts.

In other news, I have uploaded the rest of Chapter 8. All the way to 21 May. Whee!

Oh yeah - and the poor thing probably won't actually get its name until Chapter 10.

Sorry bout that, but Chapter 9 is a little too fast-paced.

Though I voted for Menchi, I can't help but feel that Random is a uniquely excellent name worthy to be worn only by the greatest of beings, and the voters have shown themselves to have very good taste.

Not that I'm biased or anything.
