This is the dawning of the age of Aquarius. It is now obvious where Randy disappeared to since May 21. Letting hair grow takes a while.
And I thought Phil never leaves the booth. Though I don't see how he can do that. A person would get clostraphobic after being in a confined space such as that for over a month.

I concur with Randy's hair ideals.
Phil would have to be wearing something or else get locked up for indecent exposure. Not that it wouldn't be welcomed with much gaiety (would you look at that? I'm using the word 'gaiety'! I guess that it's the price you have to pay for reading "The Vampire Lestat"). I'd pay his bail to see that.
