I think that in all the Umbrella (circa. 1708) is wonderful device and its inventor, one Thomas Smythe, should be applauded. For those of you who wanted to know the orignal umbrella was in fact green. Ironically Thomas Smythe died aged 52 in 1723 in a freak rain storm.<P>*********************************************

Yes I can see how Umbrellas are Bourgeous, they protect only the few instead of the many from the harsh enviroment that is rain.
But it certainly woudn't be unwise in a Communist superstate for Chairman Foxall, to decide to control the umbrella factory, so that if Chairman Foxall is protected from the rain, so is everyone else...whether they want to be or not.
Maybe UMBRELLA is an acronym for a Bourgeouis society, trying to exploit the democracies of the west for what they are worth...who knows....who cares ?.
All I know that is my Umbrella is best
as Julia might also know

My umbrella is tartan, so if it was a phallic symbol I should really go and see a specialist.<P>But despite what it might metaphorically represent, I feel that i can safely say<P>"My umbrella is bigger than all of yours"<P>

And by the way your all "fucking" deviants, it's an Umbrella, a device invented to keep out the rain and not meant to represent the male genetalia...besides when it is opened it looks more like the female genetalia
