Today had been going really badly. All kinds of stuff in the realm of sales has been collapsing to the point where I've wondered what on God's green Earth I'm doing here. Then I read LCD and saw Marty, speaking (I presume) as Bryan, saying almost word for word what I'd thought, and I can't tell you how much better I feel.

Thank you, Bryan... your comic really did wonders for me today.

On a side note, I must also thank you for Terry's close-up... she's definitely my fave.

Glad to help. Can't count how many times I've felt that way, no matter which job I was holding.

On Marty, this strip is loosely based on my television experiences from way back, and the characters are composites of people I've worked with in the business. Marty in essence is me, or perhaps a version of me I'd like to be.
