In my experience, Corgis mostly just want to lick cats' ears. At least, that's all my Corgis want to do to my cats. The cats don't care much for it, but it's not actually harmful. :-)

Actually, when my youngest cat (Sebastian) was a kitten, he liked to WRESTLE with my youngest Corgi (Scout -- who was *not* a puppy at the time). It was pretty cute to watch, but when Sebastian grew up he stopped playing with the dog.
