Can I get some opinions from you, the fans?

Postby Yamcha Hibiki on Thu Sep 27, 2001 6:17 am

I'm thinking of making a few offers and additions and I want some opinions from you all before I do any of it.
1) Auctioning of original Fusion D artwork - I'm thinking of auctioning some original Fusion artwork from my sketchbooks (the ones I've at least inked and finished). Would any of you all be interested in getting the chances to own original Fusion artwork?
2) Fusion D shirt - When I did Shinku! shirts I didn't sell a damn one, so I can't help to be a bit edgy on the idea of making Fusion shirts. However if you all convince me your interested I'll see what I can do.
3) About The Artist Section - A section about me, myself, and I. If any of you are interested in learning more about me, then just tell me.
4) Dear Fusion - Send e-mail to Fusion asking her questions about the series or for advice and see her responses posted on the web. What do you think of that?
That's it so far, please tell me what you think.
------------------

3 & 4 sound great.
1 sounds cool, and I'll try my best to get me one of them pieces if you do auction 'em... (main limiting factor at the moment being my own monetary funds and other bidders)
2 : I'd suggest putting out a few decent sketches (or taking nice old colored ones) and turning them into quick T-Shirts. If any sell, you can make better ones. If none do, it's very little wasted effort. Of course, cafepress is the easy way to do it. ^^
Just my two cents. ^^
- Peace
------------------

yeah 1,3, and 4 seem like a novel idea.
Wouldn't blame you to be a bit edgy on 2. I think hardly anyone makes money from Cafepress nowadays.
------------------

Yes, everybody's right. No matter what they said.
Although I couldn't get any artwork or shirts... Poor me... poor me...
On another note, somebody made a bootleg J-Walkin' t-shirt with my design, so even if I didn't get money, I'm damned pleased. Heck, I'm more pleased than if I would have gotten money. This means somebody took the time to save the images, and make the shirt themselves.

Comicollage shows you that... It shows you nothing!

3 and 4 would be awesome.
1 would be cool too, except that I suffer from an acute case of being broke. For the same reason, I'm not in the habit of buying t-shirts, no matter how good the comic is. So don't take it personally if I don't consume.
------------------

3&4, definately.
2, wellll, if there was a reasonably-priced alternative to Cafe Press. While I find that CP's merchandise is generally mid-quality, their shirts are rather low-quality. (My It's Walky! Joyce shirt's faded to near unusability, and I've only washed it 3 times *Cry*)
-K
