Im gonna say it as I told Yamcha about a day or two ago.
Honestly it is a tough decision (if you don't go by favorites or popularity)

Fusion PRO- Speed, Agility, Brute Force and Cunning
Fusion CON- Has a tendancy to end up dead... and wake up naked, Also her enlarged pechos may add some unwanted wright and cause a lack of balance, lol (that one was jus for fun)

Grim PRO- Undead, Probably has some Reaper Powers (FE: Attack Ghosts or Sycthe Swipe), Probably could have some serious Rage issues (if you were stuck in purgatory, it might make more sense)
Grim CON- Trusting, Undead

Now... honestly I'd like to see some Sycthe swinging massacre, so unlike the rest of yas, GRIM is getting my vote, Dare to be different! Yeh...
