STERLING! STERLING FOREVER!
I'm just fond of elitist little $%^*&s. Plus, he has purple hair. Go purple. He's the only villain I know of with purple hair.
Plus, Lu (MORE PIE!) and Lucky rawk.

Let's see here:
Time Trouble
Sterling: Awesome villian type character. Sterling is the guy you love to hate.
Kedzie: Kedzie seems to be the most sane of the TT lunatics. Of course that's not saying much.
Chip 'n Walter
Mr. Twister: Funny guy. Intimidating yet non-threatening. I think that made sense.
Chip: NEVER FEAR CHIP IS HERE!!! He seems like the amatuer superhero type.
I like some of the others but these are my two favorites from each comic.
------------------

For me:
Lucky Chan - He made a Slayers Reference (enough to win me over ANY DAY), he has an absolutely classic attitude, and he is in almost every other way REALLY COOL!!!
Lienne Chan - Anyone see Lina Inverse in the 'Mistress of mood Swings?' Besides which, you can tell she has a good heart inside of it all.
Sterling Silver - He realy does fill the 'Rival' position, though he's not a villan YET. (That currently goes to Bill Grates and his Winblows Virus.)
Walter - NERDS FOREVER!!!! LA DEE DA DEE DA DEE!!!! Seriously, this guy's got heart, speed, and a great array of weaponry.
Mister Twister - Totally a classic villan, and I really hope he somehow gets out of all this alive to go someplace else on this world, someplace worthy of his sense of humor - Like Whatever the CnW equivalent of the Apollo Theater is.
Artie - "but Call me Artemis, and you die..." That's it, I'm not even going into his classic cool hilarity. I DIDN'T CALL YOU ARTEMIS THERE ARTIE! DON'T CHASE ME WITH THE SAFETY SCISSORS!!! *Runs*

It's taken me AGES of deliberation...I've finally concluded that Mr. Twister is my favorite CnW character. He's a complete idiot, until--UH OH! HE HAS A BRAIN!! RUUUUUUUUUUUN!!!!!!
------------------

Well, let's see now...
Sterling, because he's sort of the guy you love to hate. I mean, he's just so, so...rotten and mean and jerky and cruel and insulting and etc., etc. Maybe he'll be a bit more subdued now ever since he saw that giant axe.
Sarah, because I sort of like her quiet demeanor and gentle nature she's shown so far.
Baxter, because he's smart and a computer nerd (which sort of reminds me of him), and a pretty decent guy too.
Mr. Twister, because he acts like such an over-the-top villain, but he generally falls flat on his face. I actually liked him slightly better before he turned (gasp!) smart.
And there you have it.

Hmm. After reading more... DEATHEYE! DEATHEYE ROCKS! I think it's another case of the villain's sidekick being smarter than the villain.
------------------

After much consideration, I have to say DEATHEYE! It's great! It's another case of the villain's sidekick being smarter than the villain, or in this case, the villain's weapon being smarter than the villain. I love its ... er... facial expressions, and it has a nice understated sense of humor.
