Cold, efficiant, ruthless. Has telepathic/kinetic powers that allow him to control people's bodies and make them do what he wants.<P>Fuuma Munou- When his twin star, Kamui, joins the side of the Ten no Ryu in <I>X1999</I>, Fuuma is automatically forced to become a Chi no Ryu, and is possessed by evil forces. One sick-minded SOB, within minutes of becoming evil, he crucifies Kamui to a wall with huge glass shards and a metal pole, then forces Kamui to watch as he kills his younger sister, Kotori Munou. Boy's got issues.<P>Seiishirou- Another of the Chi no Ryu from <I>X1999</I>. But originally showed up for the first time in the series <I>Tokyo Babylon</I> Blind in one eye due to a screwed up mission. An assassin, of the particularly cold and calculating sort. Ends up allowing himself to be killed by his opponent/former friend/possible lover Subaru.<P>Schwartz- The "evil" assassin team from <I>Weiss Kreuz</I>. Four members, Brad Crawford (American, age 25), Schuldich (German, age 22), Farfarello (Irish, age 20), and Nagi Naoe (Japanese, age 15). Each one of them has a particular special ability, and none of them are exactly sane. Farfarello's probably the most psychotic of the four, since he's the only one who has to be kept in a straighjacket and chains while not on missions. There's a lot more about these guys, but I'd rather not get into it.<P>Weiss- The "good" assassin team from <I>Weiss Kreuz</I>. Again, four members. Aya (really Ran) Fujimiya, Ken Hidaka, Yohji Kudou, and Omi Tsukiyono (really Mamoru Takatori, but he doesn't find that out for awhile). <P>Rosiel- The Inorganic Angel, and tounger twin brother to Alexiel, the Organic Angel. Originally one of the highest generals in Heaven's army, he was cursed so that eventually he would grow younger and younger until he simply disappeared from existance. As if that wasn't bad enough, more and more of his sanity would disappear along with his age. He forces Alexiel to promise to kill him if he begins to change, because he is afraid of what he will become, but she doesn't keep the promise. When Alexiel leads a rebellion of demons against God, instead of killing Rosiel, she locks him away inside the earth. By the time he is released in the manga of <I>Angel Sanctuary</I>, he is completely psychotic and a wild cannon in the battle between Heaven and Hell.<P>Tatsumi Seiichurou- The secretary of the Summons Division in the afterlife of <I>Yami no Matsuei</I>, and the second-most powerful shinigami, next to Tsuzuki. Typically cold and calm, when he gets angry, it is NOT pleasant to see, since he can control shadow creatures that can kill even the most powerful shikigami.<P>Muraki Kazutaka- Our main villain in <I>Yami no Matsuei</I>, this guy's a REAL piece of work! A respected Shinjuku physician, Muraki is also a psychic vampire, stealing the souls of others to maintain his life, and mutilating or conducting experiments on the bodies of his victims just for the fun of it. His insanity is mainly blamed on his father and half-brother. He also has a weird, twisted, disturbing, so unbelievably wrong obsession with Tsuzuki Asato, the Summons Division's best shinigami, often causing supernatural "accidents" in order to make Tsuzuki come to the human world after him.<P>Sesshoumaru- One of the more powerful villains in <I>Inu-Yasha: A Feudal Fairy Tale</I>. He is Inu-Yasha's older, and fully youkai half-brother. Cold, smug, and one hell of a fighter, the only one who has been able to control all three of the most powerful swords created: The Testusaiga, the Tensaiga, and the Tokoujin. Rarely looses his temper, but when he does, his eyes turn red, the stripes on his cheeks and jaw expand, and eventually he turns to his full youkai form as a big (read: GIGANTIC) white dog with glowing red eyes. Has a deeply-rooted (read: INTENSE) hatred of his hanyou younger brother.<P>Naaza- A hanyou from <I>Yoroiden Samurai Troopers</I>, and one of the four Demon Generals who worked for Lord Arago. Born Yamanouchi Naotoki, was mentally controlled by Arago and given one of the 9 armors of power. Completely insane due to the imbalance of demon and human in his blood.<P>Xelloss- A Mazoku priest-general who first shows up in <I>Slayers NEXT</I>. A smiling trickster who never tells the most important facts in his information, and VERY powerful too. During the Kouma War, he killed an entire clan of Gold and Black Dragons with one swipe of his hand. Subordinate to Juuou Xelas Metallium. Like most high-ranking Mazoku, he can take human form, his being a 20-something young man with shoulder-length purple hair and purple eyes.<P>Meiou Phibrizo- One of the two main villains in <I>Slayers NEXT</I>. One of the five Mazoku Lords created by the demon god Shabranigudo, Phibrizo is the most powerful of the Mazoku race, controlling the powers of
life and death, and the souls of all living things. Arguably insane, but still the most cunning and manipulative of his kind, and a REALLY good actor! O.O;;; His human form is that of a small child with black hair and green eyes.<P>
