But it doesn't hurt much, and besides, I wasn't punching that hard, my balcony is made out of wood, so when I punched the bag, every joint in the wood shook, it's not like I work out, I spend most of my time in front of either a tv, playing video games, or on a computer either playing computer games or surfing the net. It's mainly my dad's fault for my anger too, I am generally quite nice, but my dad makes me feel like an idiot about the simplest mistakes, he has a specific way of talking, it's very strange, he seems to get past every single emotional wall and the mental attack much to his unknowing, strikes me at the core, making me mad at my self and lowering my self esteem to the point where sometimes I can get a bit suicidal, he doesn't understand the damage his words have, he doesn't know about his wall passing ability.

Actually I thought it was a bit harsh myself, I usually don't fight, the people I can actually fight don't provoke me, and the ones who provoke me are the ones who can kick me all the way through a tree. I'm usually keep it in better.

(Mostly local news, and the paper was bought out in 1997.)
