I blame it on wanting to write my OWN stories <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/biggrin.gif"><P>The last movie I saw in its entirety was Chicken Run, because I found the DVD on Half.com. Before that, Candy Palmer subjected Eric and I to Cats Don't Dance and Mononoke Hime/Princess Mononoke, and I've more or less been prone to limiting my pop culture intake due to the quite natural tendency to want to mimic it in some way ("Life imitates art"). If you look at the "Zero Wing" phenomenon, I can guarantee you that it's been affecting me, mostly in a nonproductive way. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/frown.gif"> Now, I don't care, but further down the line I certainly might.("This was her 'Zero Wing' period...")<P>Which says nothing about your comments, although I remember being insulted once by a particular who intended to offend by having a well-thought-out comment of mine rebutted by "You should watch Slayers instead of the Powerpuff Girls."<P>Hmph... I should spend all my time and money seeking out Slayers ep.'s when I'm not even interested in it, since they don't show it here.
