I see the BII works fast.

Where have I see her with that expression...

OMG! It's "THE LOOK!"
*averts eyes*
Borzoi is in for it now.
When CW uses The Look, the effects can be nearly as dramatic as when Cotton uses SotS.

Pretty much. ^_^
But CW doesn't need to use "The Look", per se,
Borzoi knows he's in trouble! He was
thinking (hoping) that his involvement in the
activities at the church wouldn't be found out
immediately. But they were, and having been
found out he has no defense - and apparently
isn't even trying to make one.

The questions, now, are: (1) How does the BII
deal with repositors who go bad, and (2) is
Borzoi unbothered about being caught for a
good reason?

That has concerned me quite a bit, in these
elements of the future where my son is

Well, I know that I, personally would be
edging none-too-sublty for the exit if that
glance were being turned on me! But Borzoi
seems a little too cavalier about having been
found out, does he not? Think about it... he
must have known that eventually his hater
actions would have been discovered. In fact,
he did know... he said so. Only he
expected for it to take longer. Having been
caught earlier than he suspected, does he have
a backup plan? Has he simply thrown caution
to the winds? Or... does he, perhaps, not
know how really angry CW and the honorable
repositors can get? O_O

They could bodily drag him over to Cotton and explain to Cotton what he was responsible for... but that goes beyond 'cruel and unusual' punishment.

If Borzoi was a "true believer", absolutely convinced that he is doing the right thing, then maybe his lack of guilty feelings is a natural thing.

Otherwise, he might be a complete sociopath - but don't the folks at BII check for little things like that?

There are lots of things that get through paperwork--I'm not saying that he's sociopathic, but they don't always catch these types of things right of the bat.

noise about that, but pay no attention to him.
He loves our son more than any of what he's

Besides Eugene knows what he can get away

I appreciate the offer but but I don't think beating him up would do any good.

Besides, I shoved papers in his face (they stuck to his beak!) so he kinda got the hint I was angry with him. Plus I later told him off in a phone call.
