Predicting Lloyd's next lines
Since I'm the open-minded type of guy, I'll see if I can take a stab at guessing Lloyd's perspective on this matter. Here's what I'd guess he's going to say next:
"You see that, Alice? That's what happens when you have furries and humans in the same city. And if they can do this in Bridgeway, just think what they could do here! Don't you see, Alice? I don't want to look up one day and see YOU on that screen! But if we keep allowing humans to invade our city, that's exactly what's going to happen. What would you do if that mob were coming after you, just sit there, smile and say, 'Hi, let's be friends?' No way! I won't have it! We're in a WAR here, Alice! A WAR! And if we don't start fighting back, it'll be too late! You think I'm the one who's wrong? Well, just look me in the eye and say it now. Say it!"
It's been said that love and hate are actually two sides of the same coin. In this case, love serves as a rationale for fostering hatred. I know, it's a horrible thing to say, but even the most evil of characters has a POV that needs to be understood. That is, if you don't want to end up with a load of B-movie material.
------------
Tigron, The Hopelessly Thoughtful

You all know, having seen today's strip, it's great that there's a sudden turn of events in favour of both Lloyd and Alice. At least Alice still has the right instinctive attitude not to wrongly judge humans herself, the only thing unresolved is that Lloyd may still not listen to her more positive words. But in the meantime, those two need to relax together.
But isn't today a coincidence for twists and turns? Today WOULD HAVE been Alfred Hitchcock's 102nd birthday! (Hitch passed away in 1980, at age 81.) However, today is......my Dad's 50th birthday!!!

And Alice has a emotional situation to juggle
for sure... she can see that Lloyd obviously
cares about the fact that she's concerned over
his behaviour, but at the same time he hasn't
really changed his mind.

He probably feels much that way, but what he's
actually going to say right now will be more
a reflection on the fact that Aice was worried
enough to go to the BII to do a check on his
behaviour...
