Ahh, I hate it when I do that. I'm terrible at names, so I just copy and paste. I did the wrong one, obviously.

Actually, 'mince' as a verb means 'to chop into very small pieces', or something like that. Something 'minced' has been chopped into little pieces. Like putting an onion in a blender.
