He looks alot taller. Wasn't Suburu the name Liza gave him? Meaning we don't know his real name. If I remember correctly thats how it went. But I got swiss chesse brain, so I could be wrong. On a side not: You'd know what I would REALLY like to see? Ronnie dressed up in the Slim Jim man outfit. THAT would be cool. Slim Jim man rules!! Well a guy can dream can't he?
^_^Average Syko

Well, I could tell you it, but you wouldn't be able to understand it. So, let's just stick with Suburu, ne?

Suburu gets a new look. He'll be in the next storyline.

Dude... like the Scarecrow from Batman- tall, whip-thin, and with the kinda hairstyle I'd curse the heavens for. Not that I'm complaining... Actually, I think the new outfit looks pretty cool. It's about time we saw him again, anyhow.

He'll tell you when he deems to worthy. I dunno when that is....
And Daiji SHOULD be up by the end of this month. Not making any promises, though.

Any of those would make sense... or maybe Zina thought one up, then forgot it. Anyhow, I think I'm gonna get my sword and go to the root of the problem. Anyone know the galactic coordinates for Suburu's place?
Syko: Didn't I tell you to eat only one a day?

Actually, I imagine it'll be something fairly tame. Something like 'Mel', 'Dave', or maybe something odd like 'Sesame'. Oh well, we'll learn one day! No doubt about it!

Mel?!? No, no, no it's not screaming "pop-culture" enough. We need something more like...oh what would fit a sagely, powerful demigod...
*scratches chin and stares off into space*
...Slaartibartfast?...no...Crom?...uh-uh...Dudley? YES!!!
------------------

Y'know, it occurs to me that I really need to get Suburu's hairspray formula. Then I can have seven-foot hairstyles too. And I gotta admit- normal clothes look good on him.

Okay, that's a "no" for Dudley (what was I thinking). You're right on that - too do-right. We're looking for something more mercurial and androgynous... a little less Canadian Mounty, a little more Ru Paul...
*absently scratches left temple*
Tarkin? ...too imperious... Lucias? ...too goth... Liska? ...too obscure... Nguyen? ...too many Americans wouldn't be able to pronounce it correctly... Guy? ...generic is just no good here... Drew? ...Drew?!?... Drew! I think we've got the name.
------------------

Let's not forget possibility #4. See the current Furfire page (for the next 2 hours or so) to see what I mean. Maybe it really IS gobbledy-gook that we mortals can't understand.
And for those of you who aren't loyal readers of Furfire (HEATHENS! Heathens, all of you! After the unofficial cross-over, how could you now?), it would be the comic page for Feb. 12, 2002. I'd link to it, but I'm too lazy to be bothered.
------------------
Magic, mystery and mayham: sounds like a bad B movie, but I like it all.

Suburu is a demi-god. His name would be impossible to even write, let alone say. I'll say this, however. It's not Bob, not Chris, not a place or something complex like 'Stymblossinaxthfujaqiwan'. Why? Because you can *comprehend* all of that, despite how odd and complex some of it is. This is why Suburu *can't* tell the Warriors it. They wouldn't understand it. You wouldn't understand it. Hell, it might make your head explode if he even tried to tell you it. And head explody is no good. Only people in heaven have head-explody.

... Riight. A name unreadable and unspeakable by human tounge. Reminds me of a line that one alien in the Simpsons says,
"Too prounce it correctly, I would have to rip out your tounge."
Suburu is just fine with me. It reminds me of the car. Suburu Outback.
