Laugh Out Loud Funny

Overused phrase to the point of being meaningless, but I actually did laugh out loud at today's grimbles, which isn't easy to make me do.------------------

Thanks a lot BOxer. I was worried that the text would be too small to read.This is the first comic with my new computer set up. The wife and I got a spiffy new laptop and a cool, thin little scanner. I found it surprisingly easy to adjust to the new setup- course I've been worrying all day if the strips look the same or not, but I think it does. ------------------

What a riot! Believe it or not, I was really getting into the story.Incidentally, I've noticed that you replied to BOxer and HOward. Is there something about the letter "O" you like, or does everyone get two capital letters at the beginning of their name?--Strange/Dave, hoping he's just given a good straight line for a Burkistic joke

BO= Bursar of OrnithologyPerhaps we can find a position for you, DAve, just as soon as the Dean of Aromatherapy passes on.

It is such a pleasure to be hopelessly out-classed by such a wonderful pun. I got the notion to potion the candles from one of the discworld books. It was the method used to poison the patriarch.And as proof that I was out-classed by the pun, I cannot come up with one of my own. Well, it's either that or the fact that I am awake at 4:30 am.
