If i recall correctly, you must submit:
1) One picture of the character in swimwear.
2) One picture of the character in evening/winter/formal clothes.
3) A brief description of the character's skills and qualities.
For this one it can be either a few lines of text or a short comic introducing the character.
4) The character must answer 3 questions. Clever and amusing answers are normally the key to gain lots of votes.
When i used to run this show, i had a completely oblivious newbie giving me the questions. It was king of amusing to pick someone randomly in the chat and demand: "Give me 3 questions that would fit in a personality test! I can't explain you what they are for, just gimme the questions!"
