I don't get ads, I use adblock plus. No, this is because they "decided" to remove the option that allowed you to show your deviation at full size on the full view, and instead had a program shrink it to fit best onto your screen. A full size view was still available if you went to the download screen. Basically, an inconvenience for photographers, an annoyance for people that like displaying their art larger, and a major hassle for anyone that displays comics making use of the infinite canvas that span multiple pages.Bustertheclown wrote:Is is because its ad servers keep giving you computer viruses? After much bitching, they revoked it and claimed it was a flawed update that wasn't supposed to target the full view at all. Might be true, might not.
All of this happened without a statement by anyone that mattered until they revoked it, with the only information being hearsay from someone that skyped with an admin.

My boss. I've been working at this new job for six months now. He's been in china for 3 (non consecutive) months out of those 6. He expects things out of me that are a bit crazy (writing a full NIH grant proposal in a week isn't sane by any scientists standards). It doesn't help that I'm the only nonchinese person in the lab and he doesn't seem to care very much that nobody speaks english unless they're talking directly to me, it makes me feel sad and lonely and isolated and crappy and I HATE GOING IN TO WORK EVERY DAY!

I'm peeved at my Battalion Commander. He seems to show little regard for the well being of his subordinates. I'm also peeved at the (acting) Sergeant Major, but only since the moment I met him because he acts like a pompous ass. Who the fuck eats popcorn in the middle of an Article 15? And not just quietly eating some in the corner as a snack, but making a deal out of it by saying "I'm just gonna have me some popcorn time" with a smirk on their face. A Soldier's pay, rank, and career are at stake in this, so while the Soldier may have f'ed up, you still take it serious and act the part.
