well special K (in the US and UK) has vitamins B, C, and E. whats interesting the Canadian version of Special K doesn't list any vitamin rich ingredients.
Maybe it has vitamins F, G ahd H.
Anything to get out of eating fruit.
Don't most people eat fruit with cold cereal? I know I couldn't eat cereal without slicing up some banana or strawberries. heck I think they have fruit in the cereal on the box photos. Part of a nutritious breakfast. Course people for the most part don't think about what they are eating. I know I didn't until I got to about 24, then I got all into making sure my body was functioning properly and I got my daily nutrients.
Oh cool, that gives me about one more year for me to keep on eating without thinking. Fruit Loops! GO!
At least I haven't had McD's in 2 years.

Unfortunately fruit is expensive, but I do love putting strawberries or blueberries on cereal.

Most people don't eat fruit with cold serial. You're just assuming they do because you do. Therefore, most people are like me, they eat it straight out of the box like popcorn at any period of the day.

I'm used to just having my cereal with cold or warm milk. The Special K though, I prefer them dry with a cup of milk on the side.

I usually eat fruit alone, I rarely mix it with anything. 'Course I don't have a sweet tooth, fruit is really the only kind of sweets that I get craving for... well, that and ice cream.

Here fruit is pretty inexpensive. I can get a pound of bananas for $0.89 (US) and strawberries are about 2.00 (US) at a grocers but I can get a pound of from farmer's market for about a dollar. Even mango is ridiculously cheap. I assume fruit is so cheap here cause they grow a lot of it local.

ummm... well I think "most" is a pretty subjective thing. I dunno about you but I actually have friends I eat breakfast with, and I'll have breakfast in public sometimes and see other people eating breakfast.

What I see most of the time is people with fruit and cereal. Granted depending on where you live, people might not be so keen on complete or even healthy breakfast.

Fruit is expensive here during the winter season and early spring, then as the summer goes on, it gets dirt cheap. Except for tropical fruit which is available all year and reasonably cheap. Also here in Belgrade it's much more expensive than elsewhere.
