Dark chocolate helps reduce girls' monthly cramps. I heard it from a nurse.

Thanks for that gem of a tip! But now I'm stuck wondering, why were you talking to a nurse about girls' monthly cramps? You don't have to tell me that though, sometimes it's more fun to use my imagination to answer silly questions :P
I do have a good excuse. But I can also leave you wondering.

Because girls who are close discuss their time of the month just like guys discuss the wicked awesome dump they just took.
I'm a guy. At least I was last time I checked. Hold on............. yup, there it is. I'm a guy.

Americans have been entirely corrupted on just what IS proper chocolate. Hershey's chocolate, the most common chocolate in America, uses a special method that produces a different flavor. Eat American chocolate, then eat European chocolate. COMPLETELY different. Not to mention that most milk chocolate is barely 25% cocoa in the US and dark chocolate requires as little as 35%..
Oh, yea, I've had pure chocolate before (AKA Confectioners Chocolate), oh the bitterness. Wow, my mouth just got all watery!

well, I've certainly been privy to the ''time of the month'' convos, but I kind of feel like the odd one out now, 'cause no guy has ever told me about any wicked awesome dump that they've taken!

Chocolate in its purest form is incredibly bitter, so going from American grade purity to 85% is just gonna be a bad move. I suggest you develop your taste buds with 50-65% chocolates before moving to the more pure stuff. Also, dark chocolate pairs very well with a nice red wine as a dessert. Just chill the bar, bite off bits and eat with a sip of wine. It's yummy, and great for couples.

I have to admit, I have definitely been corrupted by American chocolate. I went to a chocolate factory in Germany and I thought I was in Heaven until I got to the free samples part and got to actually try the stuff. I still haven't been able to acquire a taste for European chocolate. But I completely agree with the dark chocolate and wine combo...magnifico!

Fools! "That time of the month" requires CRANBERRY JUICE! So says Frank Costello, Irish Gangster, and you don't want to argue with Frank, do you? DO YOU?!

Today I am happy I woke up early enough to eat breakfast and have some coffee. The rest of the day is going to be pretty crappy though. I mostly just wanted to make that Departed joke.

Oh my God, oh my God, I don't even know where to begin. I just want to say, somehow I knew. Somehow, I always knew, and it seemed like I was being an idiot for hoping, but there is a God...and I always knew.

It was a nice brisk morning in Hollywood today so I got to enjoy the early morning walking to an interview, for a hostel. I felt like the interview went well and they mentioned that they have tattoo parties there where local artists come up and you can get tats for 75% off! After my interview I went to the Vegan House and got a yummy mango and banana smoothie.

It was a pretty good day til noon when it started getting really hot and then the strap on my messenger bag broke. But all in all I can't complain cause the day was pretty good, and I'm sure I can mend my bag.

After a comedy of errors kinda day, I got a evening off. Spent it enjoying a dinner of Thai coconut curry with chicken. Then followed by a few hours at the bookstore sipping hot chai while reading the newest magazines. It's nice to be reconnect with myself.

As a super-taster, I can detect bitterness in foods which other people can't. As in...at all.
Anything even the tiniest smidge bitter might as well be a mouthful of driveway gravel for a super-taster. Ewwww. :ick:

That chocolate bar? Sounds NARSTY.

I know it's months away yet, but my friend and I are starting to plan a New Years' Eve party. Since it's the end of the decade (whaat) we're going to have everyone come dressed as would be typical for their favorite decade. Together I think she and I could compile I pretty comprehensive playlist of music from the past century, so we're going to start out with current stuff and slowly work our way back in time. Fffffffffffffffffffffffffffff it's going to be awesome.

Even if it winds up being a Mary Tyler Moore party and we're the only people that show up.

Which happens alarmingly often to us.

Time to go and console myself with food.

My superpower is better than that. I don't sweat under my armpits so I don't have to worry about deodorants.

Yeah, also there's things some people can taste and some can't. And they all taste disgusting. It's terrible, really.
