Well, I'm bored, so I'll agree with you. Reviewers can make their own choices of what to review. There's plenty out there.

It's a shame that everyone has to get down on a thread that I feel has caused more good than harm...

Jack is there any kind of "e-letter" we can sign up for to see when you put new stuff on the site?

Or maybe we can perpetuate this thread by posting Responses to the effect of "Holy crap Jack did a review on *insert comic* and it was crizz-zazy!!"

Would that work better?

I think a newsbox-feed-thing is useful, and spreading the word virus-like to the far interweb is a good trick as well.

Harsh, and perhaps a touch vulgar, but the point being that GD is not here for the mutual advertisement of reviewers and cartoonists.

I would love to do an eletter, but how would I go about that? And before anyone says something, I DID try and private message Mr. Eff, but it said error. Twice.

I think there's a site out there somewhere that helps with setup of newsletters and such. Can't think of the URL at the moment though.

Hmm. Bravenet.com is supposed to be good. I don't use mailing lists, so I have no idea, really. It's something from a CafePress forum from a while back that I saved.

I apologize if this is considered unnecessary bumping of this thread, but I just wanted to say thanks to Jack for taking the time to do a review for my web comic.

I thought I'd post here because I initially asked for a review in this thread around half a year ago and thought it would be the proper place for "Thank you" post.

I think as long as something is being discussed in some form it's fine to post in here. THanks for the thanks, and there I really enjoyed the comic!
