I modeled my main char after myself... ya - somewhat cliche, but hey, just wait till I start off the medieval/fantasy themed comic i have in mind with my LARP char! self-insertion FTW! (eww mental image)

I dare anyone to find someone that looks like any of them. There probably isn't anyone that does. I'm so confident in this fact, that I'll make one piece of guest art for anyone that does.
Does cosplay count?

I haven't noticed any similarity that wasn't intentional.

Yes, cosplay counts- but then again, who'd play a character from a somewhat weird and unpopular webcomic? (Of course, that definition fits over 99% of them)

This crazy British girl who emailed me and became my first official fan girl, that's who.
Not that she has yet, to my knowledge, but she expressed an interest in doing so.

the same kind of person who might get a tatoo of a webcomic character on their arm.

To be fair... Darken is pretty popular... so it's not really the same thing.

I thought that was just one of Ryclaude's jokes- but then I saw the topic on the Cornstalker forums. Talk about obsessed. No, not you, Komi, the girl that got it done. With that said, keep her away!

I guess this would be a bad time to mention that I just got a Dragon Kingdoms tattoo on my ass. =[

A thing like that must be shown to the world, to do otherwise is meaningless.

I was told last night that my main character looks like my mom. I found that quite disturbing ;o)

There are some things better left unknown.

My main character, Mindmistress, her artistic model is Liv Tyler. She has an aloof character that fits MM---yet if I change her hair color and put her in smiling mode, she's quite different, as Lorelei. (Voice models are different...MM sounds muh like Jodie Foster, Lorelei like a young Cissy Spacek.)
Most of the characters I use recently have artistic models; Brad Pitt for Bloodlust, Denzel Washington for Visionary, Winona Ryder for Vicki, for instance.---Al

Hmm...Jim's said that Anna kinda looks like me (And I did model her hair after my own, it's the same color, although mine's not quite that long yet). I don't have the pointy ears anymore though (No, that's not a joke...one of my ears used to be pointy, but I got it fixed after a lot of school teasing).
Other than that, I can't really think of who specifically my characters would look like (except for Soveliss under his cloak; kinda like a dementor or a ringwraith or a reaper or...maybe I should've chosen a different completely concealing outfit for him, eh?)

After I had really finished Joel's design and hair style LOST came out and I noticed right away that Sawyer shared a lot of his personality traits and habits (smoking, drinking, swindling others, etc.) It didn't help that they looked like each other either. Since then the character has changed a bit, but there's still some silimarity.

Welcoming Vikings.
