You should celebrate the way your protangists did. Go for drinks. That's what I'd do.
You should also celebrate by making some proper link banners for your strip.

You're right, I should ha-- I mean, no, I actually built a landmark to celebrate. It's in my front yard, and has already confused the neighbors.
