As said in the title, I need guest art, and comics, one page or more. It just need to be about the Veena webcomic and it's various characters and situation. I would post that on the first page as part of the regular updates, your site (if you have one) would be linked and the art would eventually be in the art archives.
I'm especially interrested in "manga"interpretations of my characters, or in any very different styles, for that matter.

The main reason for all this is that I won't have time to work on new pages for a good while. I have freelance work to do : i'm hired to do a story for an upcoming issue of "Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles". And it just happens as I have no more new pages to update after this month. I want to keep the page alive.

After that, i'm unsure about what to do...
The story going on right now has about 15 pages to go before the end. But since i'm working on a lot of other stuff, I won't really be able to put a lot of time on it.

Would you be pissed off if I rebooted to the beginning while I finish the story ? Then at least, new visitors would have something to read on a regular basis instead of feeling that this webcomic is dead.

I concur with the "too good" comment. And wow, taking time off from an online comic to do freelance comic work for the Ninja Turtles. Such are things some of us can only dream of.

I'll see what I can cook up.

That's pretty sweet, working for the TMNT. I've wanted to do that since I was a kid.

Oh, it is my art - just not my normal style. However, after I finished it, I couldn't help feeling it was a bit...uh, politically incorrect. But since you've got time, I'll see what I can come up with.

Oh, that thing about the pants is quite simple:



In fact, I think it might have been Dixon's orange uniform that gave me the idea for the X-over with Dragonball. The only thing I recycled is the background, that was originally done for another fanart.

So far, I have 4 artists who already sent very nice work or will do very soon. I'm still open to others, I still have 2 weeks of comics before the guest art.

Very okay.
I only asked that because I was curious to see how that would turn out, but so that everyone would feel welcome to try, even if my personnal style is not the most in fashion right now.

Write me privately and i'll get you to references and everything you might be curious to know.
