Interviewees needed

Post by Netpoet »

Hey all, I need to line up a few people to interview for the keenspace newsletter (name change pending. :p ). What I'm looking for are the comics that you guys/girls read. Is there a particular comic out there that you really like, but is kind of an unknown at the moment? Know someone that does a really sweet comic but just hasn't gotten their foothold yet? Point me in their direction. :)

Thanks. :)

Have you interviewed Mark Stanley of Freefall yet? He's not exactly unknown, but he doesn't have the world-spanning rabid fandom that he richly deserves. :)

Edit: Wait...sorry. You want to interview Keenspacers. Hmmn. The ones I read regularly are already well-known -- Ghastly, Mindmistress, Star Bored. Hmn.

Dina Situ of Pandect
Anne Hoffer of All Roses Have Thorns
JJ of the Lounge and Rave Kitty\
CDC of Life on Forbez

I know I've found a few that are on my 'to read' list and a few that fell of it.

Thought I'm open to inteviews too. ^^ I've never been interviewed before.

D'oh, we already did her! =] I guess no one reads the newsletter after all.

(We're tinkering with how comics are "reviewed" on the site. It'll be more of a spotlight than a review. Although traditional reviews will likely still happen from time to time.)

I'd LOVE to interview Mark Stanley, honestly.. Freefall's one of my +favs of all time. :) Email is definitely heading his way at the very least...

I've already sent JJ the interview questions as of last month, and I've not gotten them returned yet. He's got a *LOT* going on at the moment, so I'm not too terribly worried about it.. though maybe I should ask again... {wanders off to email}

Yah, he tends to need prodding from time to time to get stuff done. A reminder would probably help.

Yeah, Jackhass and Candi for sure.

Unfortunately, my favorite comics are usually the most popular ones. [Hangs head in shame.]
