Actually, now I think about it, that's rather childish.

The In And Out is entirely corporate owned, not the franchise system used by most other fast food restaurants. The company is run by a deeply religious family who puts little references to Bible quotes on the underside of their cups, where someone might see them. No open evangelism, though.

Their employees are highly paid and skilled, which is necessary because the In and Out does not use frozen products. Every restaurant is supplied fresh ground beef and potatoes every day. Their fries and burgers are made to order from these fresh ingredients and the buns are made in store.

The menu has only the following items:
Burgers, Cheeseburgers and double versions of them.
Fries.
Shakes.
Sodas.

That's all.

Trust me, if you have an opportunity eat at one.

Gah, now I wanna try one, and I'm in Illinois! :-?

...This may be why a lot of countries hate America. Or at least strongly dislike us.

Or maybe it's George Bush. Whatever.
Who are you calling a super-small bean you need a magnifying glass to see?!!!

This would be so much better if I updated it....which I did....but then I stopped again!

In & Out is healthier than most fast food. There are three In & Outs near where I live: in Marin County, Daly City, and Pier 39 (I think it's there. It's new.) in SF. For some reason, they're always really crowded.

When I first read the post, I thought it said "obscenity" and expected some really gross porno picture or something.

I think that would have been better. :(

I don't think until this thread, that I have ever been frightened by a burger before.

...so, it's official, then. McDuffies obviously wants to steal the coveted (or maybe not so much) King of Disturbing title away from Ghastly...
