Discussion on my forum recently turned to the japanese "tan" phenominon, creating cute personifications of inanimate objects and concepts such as famous OS-tans.

Anyways, I decided to better understand the phenominon I should participate in it. So I decided classic videogame consoles would be a perfect thing to tan. So I figured I'd invite all you to take part in the tan process.

I've already created Atari 2600-tan, and CJ has called dibs on Colecovision-tan. Plenty of other classic videogame consoles open to be tanned.

I'll create a special Tan-Zone in the Fan-Zone of my strip to host all the tans and tan related strips.

Grab a system and get tanning.

Tan is a cutesified version of the honouriffic chan. It's kind of the way little kids in Japan say chan.

I did one for the Genesis, I hope that doesn't stop someone else from doing one though because mine came out more along the lines of "Can't sleep, game console will eat me." rather than cute. >_<

Since Rpin couldn't see my Lycos and the fact that I was tired last night, I posted Colecovison Tan as today's comic. so she'll be on my main page until Wednesday
