Alright, I'm gonna be the sucker that explains this, with as straight a face as my online demeanor can put up:
When you've just had sex, you have a certain... odor. What TheGoobla implies is that he just had a threesome and didn't shower, so he still smells like he had a threesome. Got it? Makes him seem like a pimp when he may or may not be

But how was that a punchline?

someone was implying that Mcduffies and ummm two other people, I can no longer remember should have a threesome, but they said it as "do I smell a threesome?"
and then Goobla came in stating that it was him and I had the same joke in my mind, but he said it first.

The webcomics community is all about broadening horizons and educating the masses--whether the masses want it or not.

I once saw a porno video that was advertised as a "scratch n sniff" porno, apparently packed with some "fragrant" stickers to give you the feeling that you're actually in the room with the couple and their co-mingling body fluids, or something.
I didn't rent it. I mean, not having to smell strangers having sex is one of the benefits of porn videos.

Poking around trying to find the image that showed Kurtz's work in college when he plagiarized The Tick I came across this
http://beldin.livejournal.com/2003/03/29/
Dear Mr. Kurtz,
I have been a longtime fan of your comic strip, PvP.
Over the years it has given me many laughs and
at times it has even made me think seriously about
my life. My love for your work has even led me to
explore other web comics. I started with Penny Arcade
because I had occasionally read it before when you
were doing crossovers with them. I read User Friendly
next because you linked it and Penny Arcade mentioned
it a few times.
And then I read Sluggy Freelance. At first I enjoyed
the strip, appreciating the humor, particularly the
ferret Kiki, who reminded me very much of your wonderful
Skull. But as I read through the strip, I grew more
and more uncomfortable, and I could not figure out why.
Finally, I realized. The Riff character was nothing
but a cheap ripoff of Brent Sienna! Blonde hair, pony
tail, sunglasses, hater of Microsoft, lover of coffee,
and occasionally mean to other members of the cast,
particularly Kiki (Skull) and Sam (Max Powers).
I got very angry and began to type an email to Peter
Abrams to chastise him for stealing so liberally from
your work. As I finished writing my email, I browsed
back to the beginning of the Sluggy site to find out
when the strip had first been published.
You can imagine the shock and awe I felt when I saw
the date of the first comic strip. August 25 1997.
Seven months and nine days before the publication of
your first PvP strip! I was going to revile Mr. Abrams
for his plagiarism of your work, and it became clear
to me that YOU were the one who had plagiarized HIM!
This was a week ago today. Since then I have tried
to reconcile my anger over what I found out with my
love for your work. I could not. I read your entire
Indiana Jones strip with mistrust in my heart.
Perhaps if you had not chosen to use a parody this
week, things would be different. But I cannot in
good conscience continue to be a fan of your work
when it is based on stolen genius. Maybe someday I
will be able to forgive you and start reading your
web comic again. I hope so. Until that day, I can
only hope that you think about my feelings and try
to make this right before any of your other fans
realize what you have done.

Oh God. Please let it drop, man.
...
And seeing that post thing just makes me feel so freaking sorry for you and people like you... are your lives so damned unfulfilled and pathetic that you feel you have to go around and taunt other people for no apparent reason?
I mean, there are pranks, and then there are just sad excuses for human beings.
*sighs*
Now I'm beginning to remember why I had stopped hanging around in message boards...

Making fun of people like Kurtz is fulfilling. Like an orgasm, or slamming into a wall in a shopping cart.
Admit it - you wanna poke him in the belly and watch how long he'll jiggle.

Scott Kurtz? More like Butterscotch Kurtz, am I right? Because he must eat so much to get so FAT omg.
AOL? More like A O Hell, right? Am I right?
George W Bush? More like chimpanzee, am I right?
OMG LAFFO.
Christ, give it a rest, no one masturbates about Kurtz as much as you do because no one cares.
