I'll try to come up with something for me and Randy later then. I mean, the guy plugged me already... He's really cool.

Yeah, my partner told me he's still planning on getting something done, but he's bogged down with other stuff, so it'll be a couple of days.

Should be worth waiting for, though.

I just wanted to say this has been a great opportunity, and send out a general thank you. It's always fun to see talented writers/artist showcase their work. Thanks for the great project, Asarea!

only sometimes?

I was wishing it all the time, untill I started using harmonic 4 day cube. With it, I can enjoy the whole four 24 hours days within a single rotation of Earth! ; )

Just to let you know, my partner's pic is up. I don't know if he's aware of this forum, but here's the link to his work - http://www.livejournal.com/community/go_girly/

Gotta say, Apatheticus,

Your comic floored me... major props. I came pretty close to using that couple as well. Gin and the Devil has one more fan in the making...

Heck, while I'm at it, let me through Kudos all around... it looks like everyone had a lot of fun doing this... and I for one am pretty proud I'm a part of this group. =^.^=

Hey, I'm glad you liked it. I figured Oedipus/Jocasta would be a couple no one would use-- for the sheer sickness of it, if for no other reason. I'm just glad Josh was cool with it and went along. I didn't know if he'd be up for something that twisted, but I guess he was, and from his comic, it seems like he's familiar with the story.

My first crossover, motherfucker-- first. Girly. What luck.

Gar! A jealous pirate I be, says I!

Actually, if nothing else, working with Scix has rocked! This thing should be elevated to rocktastic status if for no other reason than sheer friend making goodness... nay, Rock Lobster Status.

That was one of the things I was concerned of, myself. While my humor might not have the edge of some... it can get pretty out there from time to time. Ask Scix about some of the earlier pairings we discussed before we settled on Adam and Eve. There was one in particular that we hovered over involving a specific beast o' burden...

...but I'll let him tell it if he's willing, he'd do it more justice. Unless it ends up being our submission if there's ever a sequal.

I do kinda wish I knew about this forum before I entered my submission. It's begining to look like I was the sole maroon who submitted a full strip instead of a single panel. Apparently I read as good as I spell...

Go me?

Yeah, I'm definitely up for this next time around. I wouldn't worry about having made a full-blown comic, though. Some people just did art, I did a one-panel strip, and... wait, you're not the only person who did a full strip. My partner did one, too. So don't feel too alone. Hell, I considered doing a full strip myself, except that it boiled down to a single panel well enough that it wouldn't have made a big difference in the presentation of the joke.

Oh, and your comic is cool as hell. Seriously, I'm not just returning the compliment here. Once I'm not busy drinking, I'll hit up your archives.

We actually had scripted an 8 panel strip for ours, but decided to economize to get the sucker done on time.
Ancient relic of a by-gone era.
