Poking fun of course. I like girls...but I don't "like" girls. Most of my friends are girls. In fact, I share an apartment with three of them. Funny how the gay guys are usually surrounded by girls...

That is very true. A friend of mine who's gay is *constantly* surrounded by girls. I guess it's because they have similar likes i.e guys/men/boys

On the subject of liking people, I've had interesting luck. I have two non-gay guy friends, one of whom is the best friend I have. We're proof that a guy and a girl CAN be friends (for six years, in fact), and not have to worry about any romantic tension.

There was someone I was desperately in love with, and the only way I could tell him was a year after I moved, in a fucking EMAIL. I was a gutless little idiot. After reading his response, apparently, he was too.

But that's my luck.

Recently I saw a guy that was pretty nice (both nice-looking and nice in general). I gave him the "go-ahead" vibes, and he asked me out. Little did I know, he was a little on the mentally-screwed-up side. I mean, we all are a little bit. But damn.

So here I am, 19 years old, and it's been about a year since I've kissed a guy (on the damn CHEEK, no less). Kill meeeeee

Sad thing is that straight guys aren't.

I mean, there I am on barbecue camping on 1 may and I realise that every single girl around is taken. I mean, DAMN! Does any guy actually have female friends? And if someone has, why didn't he invite her? They all just invited their girlfriends. I need a space, people!

Though I was sitting there with a twisted ankle, the heck I am, I was supposed to offer any girl accidentally passing by to be my nurse. Then a girlfriend of my ex-roomie starts convincing me to actually do so, "Girls go for it", she says.
And I don't doubt, it's just that I'm a bit cautious about who I can meet that way. I guess I'm too cautious for my own good.

Oh, and I gotta agree with Grabmy,

I had a rather creepy experience in an Ihop bathroom recently, some crazy man was talking to me, and I was to nice to just walk off. He kept asking If I was jewish, and wouldn't believe me when I told him I wasn't

I got out of there when the phrase "maybe we could make beautiful music" came up.

and thats the closest thing I've come to true love in a long time.
