Card Captors doesn't really have panty shots. But they do have some because of the outfits that Madison makes Sakura wear. If you really want to see panty shots or skimpy outfits, see Sailor Moon Stars season. The last few episodes, Serena is like um not dressed and is fighting a bad guy. Plus the new sailor scouts wear really skimpy battle outfits. oh my god did i just say that? well it is the truth anyway. now if you excuse me, i have to run to canada before the people that took narddude come for me.

Yeah, but the last 2 episodes of Sailor Stars doesn't count because Usagi was naked, but there were no important "naughty bits".

However, If you want random panty shots, I! My! Me! Strawberry Eggs has the best ones ^_-. They're not all over the place, but the ones that are are well placed, if you know what I mean. As for blatant nudity, I would go with Ranma 1/2. ^^;

Whenever I watched Strawberry Eggs, I felt like a pedophile. Not just that, but a dragqueen also. It's an animated version of Cabaret with horny guys trying to get into a sorority.

As for blatant nudity, I would go with Ranma 1/2.

Yeah, but from what I've seen Dragonball was all in a kids-won't-understand-the-dirty-jokes region. But it was taken from montenegrian national TV station. In Serbia, it still goes on, on one station that is known for showing kitch.

Yup you deffinately will never find panty shots in Pokemon. Trust me. I've seen at least 3 seasons of it! Even if the skirts are as small as the panties themselves, you will never see it. But in the first season Pikachu goes under a girl's skirt in the opening credits or whatever it is.

censorship sucks! Hate how they cut a lot more out of the japanese shows in Adult Swim more than the american shows of Adult Swim...

It was the dubbed version. And it isn't fair that Japanese cartoons get the short end of the stick. If it's okay to show all that stuff in American cartoons, why not the Japanese. It's no different. Well maybe a little bit different. Okay a lot. And yes Censorship must be destroyed!

I have nothin against censorship, but an the right place in the right time.
Silly story, scandinavian game "The Longest Journey" was cut out of distribution in USA because of mild insinuations of sex in it. On the oter side, you can find literally every kind of sex&violence in graphic novels.

Yeah, in afternoon children's program, I wouldn't expect to see a full frontal nudity. On the other side, Wilma and Fred having separated beds, it's just so stupid, it insults inteligence.
It was most funny in one period when out TV stations were showing films like "Karate kids" and "Dog soccer player" at 1:00 at night. Like, forward censorship.
