Do you mean in the picture? Because that's from bad size formatting and pixel compression.

I was unaware if my actual comic has such lines...

What program do you use to resize pictures? PSP? Because when I resize pictures in PSP they become 'jagged' like that. I would recommend Painter or Photoshop!

I use PSP and I don't get the jagged lines, I use version 7. On older versions if you "resample" instead of "resize" you don't get the jaggediness.

Regarding resizing: Does anyone use vector files? They help a lot with resizing. :)

Strange... That's exsactly the same program as I use for resizing and I never have that problem. You just have to make sure you're resizing psd images now gifs. Otherwise you will get a jagged line.

BTW Sortelli thanks for the tip! I'll have to try that out. Will save me time switching back from one program to another :)

Wait! I remmeber; I ran it through Illustrator first, for the text.
