Top Keenspace 99

Okay is this Top Keenspace 99 list thing still active? I'm just wondering because althought I've been given a member number for the list I have still after a couple of weeks of waiting yet to be officially added to the list.<P>How hard can it be to validate that I have a keenspace account when it says keenspace.com in my URL?<P>Is this a list that's being officially run by keenspace or is this something that some fan decided to do on their own?<P>I notice that there has been no word from list's administrators since June. Has the list been abandoned?<P>I'm just wondering because I'm starting to get sick of answering all the "Hey man, I voted for you, but you're not even on the list" e-mail and if the list has been scrapped then there's no point in me having a link to it on my page.<P><P>------------------
