I've discovered the joys of Fire Eater Night at Club Exit.

Sounds almost as fun as the emergency safety course we took at work. We had a Fire Exit Night and we got to eat club sandwiches.

We have this club in LA (The same place that does Bar Sinister) and they do different country nights through the week. like they have club:london, Club:Moscow, Club: Paris, etc. I never been though. I don't like clubbing in hollywood that much.

Do they play thematic music too? Like Russian pop...

No, people just show up with clubs, and whenever they see a confirmed Russian, well...

Weird to know I went to a chain goth club the other night.

From what I heard the music is thematic. And there are other national nights at various clubs. I know monte cristo this venue a few blocks from me does a ukranian night as well. But la is so multi cultural its to be expected.

What chain goth club? Only ones I can think of is batcave, and das bunker.. bunker being industrial but all the jailbait lil bats go there and pole dance and you do your best to look away. I think there is a bunker in chicago.

I admittedly go through periods of clubbing then I need to step away. Currently I'm in light mode after the turbulations of april. Heh.

Oh, I meant Exit. Which isn't really goth, I just associate it with Neo because my homeboy frequents both.

Not a frequenter myself but I do enjoy a night out from time to time. Pretty sure this city has all sorts of ethnic specific dance-based horrors in it but if someone doesn't drag me there I'm not likely to go there.

oh right on, we don't have an exit in LA. But we do have Part Time Punks, and the Punkrock patio which I enjoy. Wish more cities had a Disko.nekro type night. It pretty much is an all you can eat music buffet. the outside is all classic punk, there's a stomp room for industrial, a goth room for all that weird retro and swirly stuffs, and a doom rock stage area. No one can be disappointed!
