Though gmail does that too. Fb can go waay more creepy. For instance, if you don't have a profile picture, it will constantly ask you "do you want to put this picture to profile", offering you images that you never uploaded and sometimes don't even remember taking (people rarely remember all the group pictures they participated in). Now that can be supremely creepy.
